We are seeking a Sales Specialist with 3-8 years of work experience and French-speaking to join us to work as Sales Specialist on software products powered by Clinical-Intelligence for Intensive Care Units, with a particular focus on the Italian and French markets.

Company Description
U-Care Medical is a fast-growing Digital-Health Startup, Spin-off of Politecnico di Torino, and accelerated by Mayo Clinic Institute. We develop AI-Software for the Intensive Care Unit to support clinicians in preventing, managing, and treating serious complications.
Role Description and responsibilities
- Develop, together with the Sales Manager, a development plan for assigned customers
- Development of “prospect” customer portfolio (starting from a well-defined database) through initial telephone contact
- Represent the Company and be the point of reference for customers by managing the direct relationship with them
- Mediate customer requests and ensure their satisfaction through joint work with the Project Managers and Service Governance Leaders of reference
- Increase the turnover from the customer, and propose new solutions or services based on the company strategies defined by the Sales Management
- Survey the market in search of new business opportunities
Requirements and skills:
- Good knowledge of the English language and French language
- Degree in Economics, Computer Science, Engineering or STEM subjects
- Between 3 and 5 years of experience in a similar role (Sales of healthcare software)
- Proven experience in managing complex clients in the software hospital sector
- Previous experience in international companies
- Availability to travel within Italy and abroad to meet customers
- Experience in the hospital sector, Intensive Care Unit area preferred
- Experience in managing non-clinical stakeholders (Administration, purchasing)
